Portugal
We are currently renovating & extending a typical Portuguese Farmhouse in the Algarve with associated engineer Sandro Nunes and contractor Polimetria Construções Lda to provide a four bedroom, three bathroom family home. Our brief was to revive and restore an old ruin back to its original state together with improvements and sympathetic extensions using locally sourced materials for both renovation & new build works in order to achieve a traditional high quality standard of workmanship whilst also achieving an ecologically sustainable building. This project will be completed end August 09.
